Conveyancing Assistant

 Are you an experienced Conveyancing Assistant? Are you looking to move to a friendly team? Do you want the opportunity to progress?

We are recruiting for a Conveyancing Assistant for a well-established Solicitor near Leamington Spa.

This is a full time role, working Monday-Friday.

As a Conveyancing Assistant you will be responsible for:

• Managing relationships with clients on both the telephone and in writing
• Chasing up any documentation required
• Carrying out searches, ID checks etc
• Maintaining filing systems, opening and closing of client files

Ideally you will have/be:

• Experience within Residential and/or commercial Conveyancing
• An excellent telephone manner and confident communicating in writing
• Highly organised and methodical
• Be proactive and show initiative
• Experience of audio typing

In return you will receive:

Salary of £24-26K (Negotiable and dependant on experience)
