I am seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Conveyancing Assistant to join my client's team in their Plymouth-based Office. This role involves providing comprehensive support throughout conveyancing transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with property searches, title reviews, and due diligence.
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence.
- Liaising with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
- Managing case files and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Providing administrative support to conveyancing solicitors.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in conveyancing or legal support preferred, but not essential.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
