The Role
As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will support our team in delivering our bespoke conveyancing service.
Specifically, supporting a team of Property Lawyers, you will help deliver a tailored service that meets our clients’ needs, combining a traditional personal approach with speed and efficiency using the latest technology.
You will undertake a range of administrative activities as well as pre and/or post completion work on property transactions.
Your duties will include:
- Opening, closing and archiving client files
- Utilising the firm’s IT systems and packages
- Dealing with client enquires, via telephone and email
- Producing and proofreading documentation
About You
To join us as a Conveyancing Assistant, you will need:
- Strong organisational skills
- Good IT skills
The closing date for this role is 31st March 2024.
