Conveyancing Case Manager

Are you an experienced Conveyancing professional looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our client’s team as a Conveyancing Case Manager in the Business Unit & Department: Conveyancing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process sale/purchase transactions from instruction through to completion.
- Manage a diverse case load including freehold, leasehold, new build, and shared ownership transactions.
- Independently prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver against personal targets.
- Build strong relationships with clients, third parties, and stakeholders.
- Provide exceptional service to clients, introducers, and third parties.
- Recognize and resolve potential risks without compromising client or business interests.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Conveyancing, ideally in a solicitors or high-volume conveyancing firm.
- Familiarity with conveyancing systems, particularly Visual Files.
- Client-centric mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet targets.
Working Conditions:
Bonus scheme based on completion volume and achieving minimum CSAT rating.
Initial 4-week induction in Stockport office (full-time).
Hybrid work model after induction (minimum 2 days in the office).
Working hours: Mon - Fri, 08:30 to 17:00 (1-hour lunch/breaks).
