Support Worker

Job Summary:

We are looking for bank rehabilitation Support Workers to build a team of rehabilitation warriors around our client in Lymm.

You will be working with a young person in their own home and the wider community to provide rehabilitation support, personal care, guidance and assistance in day to day living skills.

Who we are looking for

Essential Skills

1yr plus Experience of working within the community, in clients own homes

Experience of working with vulnerable adults and challenging behaviours

Driving licence

Resilience, common sense, a positive attitude and a good sense of humour

Desirable Skills

NVQ level 2 or above

Experience working as part of a mutli disciplinary team

Experience in brain injury rehabilitation support

Shifts

12hr days and sleep nights

12 hr wake nights
