An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading law firm based in Sevenoaks as a Conveyancing Legal Administrator. Please do not apply if you are looking for a training contract as this is not on offer with this role. It would be advantageous if previous the candidate has previous Law Firm experience.- Provide administrative support to the team and ensure smooth daily operations- Manage and organize documents, files, and records- Prepare new client file set up and correspondence- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner- Maintain office supplies inventory and order as needed- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filingSkills- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficient in administrative tasks including document management and record keeping- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in work- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, scanners, etc.- Ability to work independently as well as part of a teamBenefits:- 22 days holiday - Discretionary bonus - Pension Plan - Christmas ClosureApply today!
