What will you do?
- Work within the busy residential conveyancing team
- Assist a conveyancer with day-to-day transactions
- Conduct property/land searches
- Liaise with clients, lenders and agents via phone & email
- Draft letters
- Progress cases in a timely manner
- Work electronically, without a paper-based system
- As the team builds you may also become involved in private client, wills & probate law
What do you need?
- At least 6 months’ experience working within a law firm
- Experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant
- Residential conveyancing experience preferred, but not essential
