Yolk Legal are working with a highly reputable law firm, located in the heart of Cardiff, is seeking a dynamic individual to join their friendly team and assist their busy Conveyancing department.

What You'll Be Doing as a Conveyancing Paralegal

As a Property Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in this Conveyancing department, working closely with the team of experienced lawyers. You will be involved in a diverse range of property-related matters, as well as the below:

• Handle quotes, client communication, and instruction processing.
• Manage interactions with Land Registry, Mortgage Lenders, and other relevant parties.
• Assist in caseload management and legal procedures.
• Address file-related inquiries and maintain client service standards.
• Ensure efficient and polite client interactions and issue spotting.
• Attend to clients, take instructions, and handle correspondence.
• Process post and emails according to firm's procedures.
• Progress cases in line with professional standards and deadlines.
• Submit Land Registry applications and perform necessary searches.
• Prepare, close, and archive files.
• Undertake required training, including firm, regulatory, and developmental training as needed.

The experience you will have as a Conveyancing Paralegal

To thrive in this role, you should demonstrate real potential, possess a strong ambition, and have a keen interest in pursuing a career in Property law. A law or GDL degree, as well as at least a years' experience in Conveyancing.
In addition you will be able to:

• Operate effectively as part of a team with excellent organisation skills.
• Work under pressure and enjoy being part of a busy team
• Computer literacy and use of a Case Management system
• A committed attitude and copes effectively in demanding circumstances with an ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
