SalaryConveyancing Solicitor London, WC1N Full Time Newly qualified commercial Conveyancing Solicitor will earn up to GBP45,000 per annum, while fully experienced commercial property solicitor will earn between GBP70,000 and GBP80,000 per annum depending on experience.

Acting as a point of contact for all communication directly related to the transaction, verbally and through emailUpdating customers and introducers on a regular basis to ensure they are well-informed of the progress of their transactionPro-actively progress transactions by identifying what/who needs to be chased and undertaking this activitySubmitting searches and undertaking other administrative tasksDrafting letters to customers and other parties to progress the transactionCarrying out electronic identification checks for customers and any required follow-on actionsMaintaining accurate records within a case management systemPreparing financial statements for customersImplementing company procedures and policies to maintain excellent performance standards What s next?
