Resdiential Conveyancing Solicitor / CILEX

A centrally located London law firm is looking to make a growth driven hire into their busy Residential Conveyancing team. Applications are invited from ambitious Residential Conveyancing Solicitors, CILEX or Licensed Conveyancers with upwards of 2 PQE acquired in a good high street or Residential Conveyancing specialist law firm. Salary is £40,000 to £50,000 with good benefits that include agile working and some flexibility.  
The successful Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, CILEX or Licensed Conveyancer will join a busy, centrally located practice and manage a full and varied caseload with the help of a modern, and robust case management system. The day to day will vary, and include the issue of sales contracts, dealing with enquiries, title approval and the issue and checking of searches. Essentially progressing everything through to exchange of contracts, with support provided at post completion stage.

The successful applicant will have acquired upwards of 2 PQE Residential Conveyancing experience in sales and purchase that will ideally include some new build and / or right to buy.
