Salary circa £28,000 - £60,000 depending on seniority

My client, a progressive law firm, is seeking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal, Fee Earner, NQ and Senior Solicitor to join their London office.

Candidates will ideally have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience working in a similar conveyancing / property role, and be able to hit the ground running with variety of matters in residential conveyancing. Experience of bridging would be desirable however training can be given. Candidates will need have excellent client care skills, a pro-active approach to risk management, a willingness to learn and a good technical knowledge of property transactions.

My client is looking for candidates who are keen to progress and grow within the department. Relevant professional training will be provided and career development opportunities available.

Essential Experience

Experience working in Property / Conveyancing to include:

• Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases
• Re- Mortgages and re-finances including properties in companies.
• New Build purchases (useful to have HTB experience but not necessary)
• Buy to Let (including Company) purchases and re-finances
• Registration including companies house and Land Registry
• Drafting and Filing of SDLT Returns
• Experience in drafting reports on title and reports on mortgage
• Dealing with replies to pre-contract enquiries
• Drafting lender standard documents (e.g. mortgage deeds/guarantees)
