About the role
As a Managed Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day–to–day delivery of ergonomics & Fleet Managed Services. You will also coordinate onsite and virtual assessments to clients directly or via their partners.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Managing/setting up/launching up to 35 Managed Services clientsSupporting client inboxesProvision of agreed services to clients under SLAs and SOWsDelivery of technical advice to support the clients as requiredSupport of all product developments as requestedProvision of management reports to Head of Managed Services as requiredSupporting client scheduling and rule set upCompleting monthly client weekly reports and calls
