Anderson Knight is recruiting for a Coordinator for a well-established and evolving company based in Glasgow.
The role involves offering administrative and service management support.
Typically, you will be working 37.5hrs per week. Monday to Friday, 08:30-16:30.
Main duties and responsibilities are:
- Managing a small team.
- Oversee the management and control of the Case Clean/PPMs process.
- Ensure compliance is maintained.
- Manage finances for Case Clean and Maintenance contracts.
- Understand the diverse processes for servicing client contracts and accounting.
- Support contracts account/service managers.
- Address the training and development needs of the administration team.
- Ensure adherence to all administration processes.
- Implement controls to identify outstanding purchase orders and unused parts.
- Implement controls for recording legislative documentation as per client/company recommendations.
- Adhere to statutory, company, and regulatory Health & Safety rules.
- Ensure appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is utilised as per company requirements.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the next in line and H&S Manager.
- Complete all necessary H&S paperwork as per job requirements.
- Collaborate with the H&S Manager on relevant matters.
Key attributes and skills:
- Extensive administration knowledge on Excel and Microsoft packages.
- Work as part of a team.
- Able to juggle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
- Experience in the service industry is preferred but not essential.
