Day-to-day of the role:- Manage and maintain databases with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Take minutes during meetings and ensure all action points are noted and followed up.
- Plan and schedule resources efficiently for various projects.
- Handle invoicing, track payments, and manage financial records.
- Order stationery and office supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
- Conduct Health and Safety risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment.
- Oversee recruitment administration, from job postings to coordinating interviews.
- Produce detailed project reports that contribute to strategic planning and decision-making.
- Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
