Corporate Accountant

Job Title: Management / Corporate Accountant
Salary: Up to £65,000+ Discretionary Bonus
Location: Central London

We are representing a leading investment and development company located in central London in their search for a Corporate Accountant. Seeking to actively improve and enhance shareholder returns, the firm is a value-add business who operates across multiple sectors in the UK and Europe. With plans to continue their expansion into new sectors and territories, this is great opportunity to be a valuable part in the firm's rapid growth.

The ideal candidate will hold an ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification and will have a good knowledge of accounting principles, and financial and commercial multi-currency reporting.

Key Responsibilities (Not limited to) :

- Preparation of the Management Account Reports.
- Assisting in payment approval process.
- Liaise closely with Investment Management.
- Supporting the budgeting and forecasting process.
- Assisting in Group reporting.
- Participate in the development of finance processes and systems.
- Carry out ad hoc analysis.

The ideal candidate will be/have:

- Qualified accounting professional (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) .
- Relevant accounting experience, preferably in the Real Estate sector.
- Group consolidation experience
- Experience in cross border group accounting and multi-currency transactions
- Experience with accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and financial models.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
