The Role
This leading Top 50 UK firm are seeking a Corporate Associate/ Managing Associate (4 - 8PQE), to join their London Office.
Acting as part of their small, dynamic yet accomplished Corporate ECM Team, you will have access to all the support and mentor to develop and progress.
This leading Top 50 UK are seeking an experienced individual, with a proven track record in ECM, specifically in IPOs and secondary fundraises on the Main Market and AIM.
Th role is varied, to include M&A also – so experience across all areas would be advantageous..
This position is well suited to an ambitious Corporate Lawyer+, looking to join a personable and high performing team.
You Will Be:
- A Corporate Lawyer with 4 PQE +
- Experience across M&A and ECM
- (We are keen to have conversations with individuals outside of this PQE scale also)
- Proven experience from a leading, Regional, National, City or Global Firm
