Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload including acquisitions, disposals, debt finance, management buy-outs, and company re-structuring
- Draft shareholders’ agreements, partnership agreements, and various commercial contracts
- Demonstrate strong technical skills and commercial awareness
- Collaborate with the Corporate and Commercial team on high-value transactions

Requirements:
- Strong technical background in corporate law
