The successful individual will work as part of a high performing department, alongside Partners who are recognised as true leaders in this field.
They advise on a wide range of Corporate matters within the Clean Energy space, including.
- Energy M&A Transactions
- (Complex national and international mid-market M&A)
- VC
- PE
- Experience within the clean energy sector is needed for this role.
