Job Description
- Involvement in Financial Due Diligence on a breadth of transaction
- Contributions to Corporate Finance operations
- Managing financial risk and investments
- Developing financial strategies and plans
- Implementing financial controls and procedures
- Coordinating with other departments for financial planning
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
The Successful Applicant
A successful Corporate Finance Executive should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Must have the ACA/ ACCA qualification
- Ideally, the candidate will have some advisory experience
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in financial software and databases
- Good communication and team working skills
