Job Description

The team provides counsel across various energy technologies and broader initiatives related to net-zero and sustainability.

To be considered for this position, you must possess a minimum of 5 years’ PQE with relevant experience in energy deals, corporate law, joint ventures, and M&A matters. Experience in leading junior team members is also advantageous.
