A leading Italian law firm is looking for a Corporate Office Manager / Personal Assistant for their small London Office. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the office in Mayfair. This is a permanent vacancy for someone with excellent client-facing skills who is looking to integrate long-term in a corporate environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Diary management, travel arrangements and event coordination
* Liaising with suppliers/contractors and billing clients
* Invoicing monthly expenses and liaising with accounts department
* General administration and office management
About you:
The ideal candidate will responsible and well-presented with previous experience dealing with high-profile clients and working in Administration in a corporate environment. Legal sector preferable but not mandatory. Must have the right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship on offer).
Profile:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both Italian and English.
* Previous experience in administration as a Secretary, Personal Assistant, Team Assistant, Executive Assistant or similar role.
* Excellent administration and organisational skills.
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a good understanding of client relationship management.
