We are looking for a motivated Corporate Partnerships Manager for a 12-month maternity cover, reporting to the Head of Corporate Partnerships. Your role involves managing and developing long-term, high-value national corporate partnerships, providing them with an exceptional standard of stewardship to enable their success. You will be responsible for negotiating terms, ensuring compliance with Charity Law, and the accurate recording, monitoring, and evaluating of each partner’s fundraising and volunteering activities.

Identify bespoke development opportunities and provide creative solutions for your partnerships, working closely with the Head of Corporate Partnerships on long-term strategies. Create compelling proposals and presentations for different partner audiences. Collaborate closely with the New Business function to ensure seamless handovers. Build networks with key decision-makers and ensure high quality stewardship. Maintain a strong external profile as an ambassador for the Legion, whilst staying aware of wider sector developments. In addition, you may have the opportunity to manage a Corporate Partnerships Officer.
You will need to maintain accurate CARE database records, meeting minutes, and stewardship materials, whilst adapting to evolving duties. The successful candidate will have significant experience in Corporate Fundraising or Sales, expertise in overseeing partnership agreements and managing budgets, and a strong working knowledge of MS Office. Project management and line management experience are essential.

You will be contracted to our London Hub, Haig House. Under our Future Working framework, there will be some flexibility for working remotely/at home, using our collaboration tools to work with colleagues, but with a minimum expectation of two days/week connecting directly face-to-face with colleagues at the hub.
