We are seeking an ambitious and talented individual to join our team as a Corporate Partnerships Officer and help grow their experience in Corporate Partnerships.
About the role:
The role will sit within our Corporate Partnerships Team as part of a growing Fundraising department. You will use your skills to research, engage, pitch and present to potential new partners and support coordinating relationships with corporate partners to maximise the potential and the scope of the partnerships.
The role is fairly evenly split across both new business development and account management. We have an exciting group of new Corporate Partnerships that you will support by managing relationships with key stakeholders. You will also be expected to manage the corporate partnership pipeline and create innovate ways of approaching businesses with our corporate offer.
You will quickly gain knowledge of Single Homeless Project services, values and internal processes which will enable you to create new avenues for corporate partnership engagement from new and existing partners. You will support processes to make sure Key Performance Indicators for corporate partners are tracked and stored on our CRM, so we can drive activities based on data and insight and retain Corporate Partnerships.
While the primary focus will be on corporate relationships, you will also support other income generation opportunities such as volunteering, individual giving, events fundraising, and campaigns development. This will include working with staff to develop a joined-up approach to local fundraising based on the charity’s strategic priorities.
About you:
- Able to identify, and develop new Corporate Partnerships opportunities with a firm understanding of why businesses work with charities.
- Experience in managing partnerships and business relationships.
- Comfortable working towards sales targets.
- Experience creating and delivering presentations
- Ability to use or learn CRM software to keep all records up to date.
