A growing practice based in the heart of London City is looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join their busy team!
Your new role
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
- Deal with any phone / email enquiries efficiently and effectively.
- Meeting and greeting visitors and clients with a warm welcome.
- Distributing incoming and outgoing post.
- Issuing passes.
- Reporting any office issues to the relevant teams and monitoring progress.
- Diary management for meeting rooms ensuring no clashes.
- Setting up of meeting rooms and equipment - tidying away after meeting rooms to ensure presentable set up post meeting.
- Managing Reception inbox.
- Communicating any catering requests and placing orders when required.
- Act as Fire Marshal.
- Scheduling meetings.
- Ordering stationery and equipment stock.
- Arranging couriers.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Previous experience in a Receptionist position in a corporate firm.
- An ability to work in the office 5 days a week.
