A growing practice based in the heart of London City is looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join their busy team!
Your new role

• Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
• Deal with any phone / email enquiries efficiently and effectively.
• Meeting and greeting visitors and clients with a warm welcome.
• Distributing incoming and outgoing post.
• Issuing passes.
• Reporting any office issues to the relevant teams and monitoring progress.
• Diary management for meeting rooms ensuring no clashes.
• Setting up of meeting rooms and equipment - tidying away after meeting rooms to ensure presentable set up post meeting.
• Managing Reception inbox.
• Communicating any catering requests and placing orders when required.
• Act as Fire Marshal.
• Scheduling meetings.
• Ordering stationery and equipment stock.
• Arranging couriers.

What you'll need to succeed

• Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Previous experience in a Receptionist position in a corporate firm.
• An ability to work in the office 5 days a week.
