SalaryA professional, close knit and dynamic Professional Services firm based in Oldbury are seeking a diligent, front facing and confident Front of House Receptionist to support them on a full time, permanent basis working 7.15am until 5.15am (1 hour lunch). This role is perfect for someone with prior corporate Reception experience or similar such as Cabin Crew or Corporate administration experience keen to work within a great team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all visitors and will take pride in their work and be the ambassador for the business.
Day to day the successful candidate will manage the whole reception area; meeting and greeting clients and visitors, managing all meeting rooms, ensuring everywhere is clean and presented to the standards expected, handling the busy switchboard alongside ensuring all catering is organised. Further to this, you will support the Office Manager with general administration tasks such as organising taxis, couriers, handling and distributing post and other ad hoc tasks.
This role requires prior corporate experience, ideally working a busy reception role within the professional services setting. Alternatively front facing experience such as Cabin Crew or similar will be considered. You will have a strong work ethic, be a team player and enjoy speaking to people. You must be flexible and happy with the hours of work, with the role 5 days a week and parking on site.
