This Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for delivering incremental corporate memberships and increasing corporate revenue for the UK through signing new agreements on a national basis.
The role:
- Proactively identify new businesses for Virgin Active to pitch corporate wellbeing agreements to.
- Primarily focused on large scale, multi-location businesses.
- React accordingly to incoming demand from new businesses seeking corporate wellbeing agreements on a multilocation basis.
- Supporting our club teams with their pitches for new corporate wellbeing partnerships.
- Building effective relationships with these businesses, navigating to key decision makers within the internal structure.
- Lead pitching and negotiation activities with these businesses to a high professional standard, up to
CEO level. - Identifying and attending relevant corporate events to represent the Virgin Active brand and its suite of corporate wellbeing benefits to a wide range of potential corporate partners.
- Continuously critically evaluate the strengths and areas of improvement of Virgin Active’s corporate proposition vs competitors and the needs across employers.
Experience:
- Experience in a B2B sales role, and confidence operating at a senior level.
- You will have a modern approach to sales techniques and be adaptable to different types of stakeholders that you face
- Ideally, you will have previous experience in or understanding of the UK fitness industry.
- A full driver’s license, or a willingness to travel as needed within the UK for work.
