Our client is a renowned international law firm which specialises in many areas of law including corporate, construction, infrastructure, dispute resolution, and tax, and has offices in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

They now seek an experienced Corporate Senior Solicitor to join their Corporate team in London.

In this role, you will focus on financial services transactions and will advise on wide range of transactions such as domestic and cross border M&A, debt portfolio transfers, joint ventures, restructurings, and strategic investments.

You will work with domestic and international banks, wealth and asset managers, lenders, brokers, and FinTech companies.

Skills and Experience

• At least 5 years of corporate and M&A experience (ideally in financial services focused M&As)
• Strong commercial acumen
• Outstanding technical skills
• Client-first attitude
