SalaryCorporate Commercial Solicitor:
We have partnered with a highly regarded law firm who are seeking a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to assist the team on an interim basis for around 6 months.
Key Duties:
- Advise on all aspects of business law including company formations, shareholder and partnership agreements
- Advise on all forms of commercial contracts, terms and conditions and business sales and acquisitions
- Consult clients on all aspects of the operation of their business
- Deal with various intellectual property and software agreements
- Draft and advise on cross-jurisdiction commercial contracts as well as international agency and distribution agreements
Job Details:
- ASAP start
- 6 month assignment
- Secretarial support available
- Hybrid working assignment in Hampshire – 4 days onsite, 1 remote
