Corporate Solicitor

We have an amazing opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor to join a boutique, legal 500 ranked law firm in West Birmingham. The highly regarded firm are looking to add a lawyer to the busy and highly experienced team to run their own cases, and work alongside partners on bigger and more complex cases relating to most forms of Corporate Law.
Our client is looking to bring on an experienced, highly motivated individual to deal with a caseload of complex, varied, high value matters whilst focussing on their own career development, and assisting with the career development of more junior solicitors.
Candidates will take on a breadth of corporate matters including (but not limited to):

• Mergers and Acquisitions 
• MBOs & MBIs
• Commercial Contracts
