Job Description:

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Corporate Tax Analyst to join their London team. As a Corporate Tax Analyst, you will be responsible for leading their Corporate Tax function, overseeing tax planning, compliance, and advisory services for our corporate clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned tax professional to contribute to the growth and success of their company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Corporate Tax team, providing guidance and support to team members.
• Oversee and execute Corporate Tax compliance, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement effective tax planning and optimization strategies for corporate clients.
• Provide expert tax advisory services, including mergers and acquisitions, transfer pricing, and international tax.
• Foster and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business needs and objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with evolving tax laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Participate in business development efforts, including client proposals and new client acquisitions.
• Able to understand and apply key principles and concepts.
• Inquisitive, willing to challenge and be challenged.
• Keen to understand the inner workings and key issues within businesses.
• Strong communication skills across different leadership levels.

Qualifications:

• ACA/ACCA/ATT/CTA or equivalent professional qualification is required.
• Ideally 7 years of experience in Corporate Tax consulting, with a proven track record of managerial responsibilities.
• Strong academic record
• Team player
• Able to understand and apply key principles and concepts
• Inquisitive, willing to challenge and be challenged
• Keen to understand the inner workings and key issues within businesses
• Strong communication skills across different leadership levels.
