The Role
This is a growth role, at Associate level, in a Global Top 20 UK Ranked firm
The Corporate Tax team provides advice across the following areas;
- M&A (UK & Cross border)
- Private Equity
- Corporate Restructuring,
- ECM
- DCM
- Wider Finance
- Real Estate
- Funds
- And more..
Experience in all the above areas is not essential, more focused worked or training to undertake a broader scope of work is available at this leading practice.
High profile work alongside further career development prospects guaranteed.
You Will Be:
- A Corporate Tax Associate with 2 – 5PQE +
- (We are keen to have conversations with individuals outside of this PQE scale also)
- Confident across large, complex and UK/ EU matters
- Proven experience from a Global, US, Top 50 UK Practice
- Keen to progress with a leading Global practice
