Renowned for their expertise in handling intricate Corporate Tax matters for businesses, they are now seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Manager to lead their Tax team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert tax advice on a wide range of complex Corporate Tax issues.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with corporate clients of various sizes.
• Actively identify new business opportunities and exercise business development acumen, including cross-selling when appropriate.
• Stay informed about risk mitigation strategies for the firm and its clients, while keeping up-to-date with changes in internal processes and Corporate Tax legislation.
• Stay updated on developments in the Corporate Tax market and relay pertinent information to clients when necessary.
• Represent the Corporate Tax division positively in networking events and external functions.
• Offer guidance and support to junior team members in matters related to Corporate Tax.

As the role primarily focuses on Corporate Tax advisory, you should have hands-on experience in managing a portfolio of clients, coupled with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Your background should include expertise in corporate tax planning, specifically in assisting clients with tax mitigation. In addition to being a motivated team player, you should be an enthusiastic team leader with prior experience in managing a tax team.

While CTA qualification is preferred, candidates with ATT, ACA, or those in the process of completing their CTA qualification will also be considered for this opportunity.
