Gorgeous digital Marketing & Training role within the cosmetics and beauty sectors . You will get very involved in every aspect of new product launches , events, digital output and training of beauty advisors and will be working in a small and highly focused team that is part of a global FMCG business . TITLE: BEAUTY/Cosmetics Marketing & Training Manager
Salary up to £50,000 p/a + 10% bonus
Location : Surrey
Work style; Hybrid ( 2 days wfh. 3 days are office based)

Global beauty business that supplies over 400,000 online and offline small and medium-sized retailers. With the dramatic growth in e-commerce and a huge interest in supporting smaller manufacturers, this company is now expanding fast and is looking to appoint a new Marketing Manager with solid FMCG ( beauty) experience who will help increase brand awareness with large and small retailers and help to support new product launches
Duties
Create gorgeous and engaging campaigns for a well known beauty brand
-Create campaigns that work across EU
-Liaise with advertising and Marketing agencies to develop campaign ideas
-Devise a long term marketing strategy with targets and outcomes around market share
Understand Retailers needs
-Get to know Retailers requirements , demographic and shopping habits of the consumer audience
-Develop the Retail and Brand Marketing plan
-Put together PR campaigns that align with Marketing efforts
-Advise on visual merchandising in store
-Liaise with retailers re NPD launches
Retailer Product Training
-Plan and deliver Training to in-store Beauty Advisors
-Create beauty training materials
-Visit stores across the UK to ensure products are placed correctly in store
-Create in-store promotional campaigns and monitor success
-Manage in store stock levels ensuring there is sufficient inventory
Social media
-Plan & launch/PR events
-Establish influencer relationships
-Create compelling content on Instagram and TikTok
REQUIREMENTS
3 years FMCG ( Beauty ) Marketing experience
Fluent English ( other languages are very useful )
Experience developing and growing social media channels
Experience in working with beauty retailers and agency management
