Cost Controller

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Cost Controller to lead our Accounting & Finance department. You will play a crucial role in our industrial/manufacturing operations by managing costs and driving profitability.

Description

• Develop and implement cost control systems and strategies
• Analyse financial data and monitor operational costs
• Prepare monthly and annual cost forecasts
• Collaborate with different teams to collect and analyse financial data
• Identify and recommend cost-effective solutions
• Manage budgeting and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
• Report on cost management activities to senior management

Profile

A successful Cost Controller should have:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field
• Proven experience in a similar role in the industrial/manufacturing industry
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
• Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
