THE ROLE
A Costs Draftsperson to join a Costs Team of experienced costs litigation professionals based nationally.
You will have extensive experience of dealing with high value costs ligation, costs budgeting, appeals, group litigation and technical challenges.
The firm's experienced advocates regularly attend national court hearings across the country.
ABOUT YOU
A self-starter with the confidence to work autonomously, working on files from start to finish.
You will be responsible for
The management of a caseload including schedules of costs, bills of costs and negotiating costs to settlement
The role involves dealing predominantly with adverse costs claims on multi track matters.
You will have experience of handling your own caseload.
Drafting points of dispute with knowledge of the CPR and legislation
Clinical negligence costs experience is desirable
