Court Of Protection Legal Secretary

A multi-service Manchester based law firm is currently looking to recruit an experienced Legal PA/Legal Secretary to join its Court of Protection team.

Working hours - 09:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday with one hour for lunch.

Hybrid working - 3 days in the office and 2 at home following an initial period in the office (approx. 3 months).

Salary - Competitive DOE

You will be required to have previous legal secretarial experience.

Duties include:

• Managing the diaries of the Deputies within the department, arranging meetings and make travel arrangements
• Digital dictation, generating third party correspondence, emails and Court documents
• Liaising directly with clients, their families and various other professionals
• The centralised management of Court applications, liaising with the Court and keeping a record of their progress
• Collating and completing expenses claim forms
