The firm’s clients range from the elderly seeking support to individuals with mental health concerns or those awarded Personal Injury or Clinical Negligence settlements.
The role:
- A busy caseload of Property and Affairs Deputyships
- Oversee trusts and handle tax matters
- Support clients with visits to hospitals and care homes
Applications invited from:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (CILEX)
- Previous experience in Court of Protection matters - this is ESSENTIAL
- Strong academics
