A reputable law firm based in the Manchester area, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Court of Protection Solicitor to join their department and assist with the team.
This is a permanent placement with an open salary range depending on experience and qualification.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients in matters related to Mental Capacity Law.
They will also be expected to lead a small team within the firm and work independently.
The role is office-based but may have some flexibility for hybrid working.
