COURT OF PROTECTION SOLICITOR, 3+ YEARS PQE, LONDON, £100,000 - £120,000 (DOE) – A new role has arisen for an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor to join a leading law firm in London. JOB REF:6306.
• Applications are sought from Court of Protection Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 3 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
• You will be responsible for a busy and varied Court of Protection caseload to include dealing with the routine management of deputyship and personal injury trusts and assisting senior team members with complex cases.
• You will have outstanding communication skills and a proven track record of working with a high level of autonomy and responsibility.
