We are currently recruiting a School Administrator and Cover Assistant for a full-time role in a secondary school in Greenwich.
We are looking for a School Administrators who has:
- Previous experience in school administration
- Knowledge of school database systems - MUST have Bromcom experience
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Good communication skills
- Strong IT skills
- A committed and reliable approach to work
- Flexibility to travel for temporary positions
- Experience supporting with cover in the mornings
The Role
As a school administrator you will provide additional support to administration and school office teams. Duties will vary depending on the placement but may include:
- Assisting with routine admin tasks
- Maintaining manual and computerised records/ management information systems.
- Undertaking typing, word processing and other ICT based tasks
- Assisting with reception duties, answering routine telephone, face-to-face enquiries and signing in visitors.
