Cover Supervisor - Eastbourne At Engage, we're working with a school near Eastbourne to recruit full-time Cover Supervisors that can make a difference to the local school by helping to improve the attainment of all pupils. About the role You will be leading lessons and covering in the absence of class teachers for varying subjects at a school near Eastbourne beginning in January. You will receive training provided by the school and Engage Education, and will be a part of a close and dynamic team. This role has very little planning and marking. This is a good opportunity to work within a school whose aim is to develop young people so that they leave school not only with an excellent set of academic results but also demonstrate the values of respect, resilience and responsibility. About you Experience working with students aged 11-16 Flexibility to work in different subjects Confident managing behaviour An ability to build rapport with students Have a fun but firm presence An interest in education We welcome applications from candidates with any level of experience, although previous experience of working with students with challenging behaviour will be an advantage.
