Cover Supervisor

Location: London (Various locations available)

Hours: Full time

Start date: ASAP - Long-term placements - Multiple contracts available

Pay rate: £15 per hour PAYE depending on the role and your experience

Enhanced DBS is crucial for this role

Love Success is working with several secondary schools across London and we are looking for several support staff including Cover Supervisors.

Applications for the Cover Supervisor position are welcome from candidates of ranging experience although previous experience working with students with challenging behaviour is an advantage. If you are a future/aspiring teacher or an experienced Cover Supervisor looking for a position, this opportunity could be ideal for you.

In addition, if you have experience as a Youth Worker or Behaviour Mentor and you are interested in Teaching, please do apply!

The role of Cover Supervisor will involve leading lessons and covering in the absence of class teachers (varying subjects).

You will:

• Have experience working with students aged 10- 16
• Have the flexibility to work in different subjects and be confident managing behaviour
• Be able to demonstrate your ability to build professional relationships with students
• Have a fun but firm presence
• Have an interest in education
• Have a strength in any subject across the curriculum
