Cover Teacher

Are you an experienced Supply Teacher looking to enhance your Teaching skills with the main objective of fostering a positive learning environment? Teaching Personnel are working with exceptional Secondary Schools based in Wigan who are looking for Day to day and Long-Term cover for immediate or September 2024 starts!
Responsibilities:
- Support with delivering lessons and managing student behaviour.
- Assist in the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
- Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning concepts.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Help students with special educational needs or those requiring additional support.
- Collaborate with teaching staff and parents to monitor student progress and address concerns.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience working with children or adolescents preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic educational environment.
