Cover Teacher – what makes you suited to this role:
- Prior teaching / classroom experience
- Strong behaviour management skills
- QTS is preferable / degree level of education
- Flexible and professional approach to helping students learn and remain engaged.
- A full enhanced DBS will be required, which can be processed through Smile Education.
