CPM / BI Technical Consultant
- Fully remote / occasional travel to client sites as required
- Salary between £55- £75K depending on the level of experience plus £5K bonus and full company benefits

This is a great opportunity for an experienced CPM / BI Technical Consultant to join a growing software consultancy. You will manage, design, and deliver CPM / BI technical solutions with a focus on FP&A applications.
Key Responsibilities for the CPM / BI Technical Consultant:
- Work as part of a consulting team to provide technical solutions to customers
- Install, upgrade and build ETL processes with the CPM / BI product
- Performance tuning and troubleshooting on the CPM / BI product
- Install, upgrade and update various third party products - specifically Microsoft's operating systems, Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle
- Be responsible for keeping up to speed with new functionality within the CPM / BI / FP&A product
- Provide customer technical support where required
- Document functional requirements and develop technical designs
- Transform technical designs into deployable solutions and take ownership of its delivery
- Work with reporting, data extraction and manipulation tools as well as using third party products and software development tools
- Deliver professional services including projects, upgrades and consultancy packages
Skills / Knowledge & Experience for the CPM / BI Technical Consultant
- Previous experience in Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle database administration
- Strong knowledge on T-SQL or PL-SQL, and preferably JavaScript
- Experience with ETL, SSIS or similar
- Previous experience with one or more CPM/EPM/FP&A/BI products such as Anaplan, BO, Board, Datarails, Jedox, Mosaic FP&A, OneStream, Planful, Phocas, Power BI, Solver, Tagetik, TM1, Unit4 FP&A, Vena, Workday Adaptive Planning or other CPM/EPM/FP&A/BI products
- A good technical knowledge of Microsoft's operating systems for servers and workstations
- Active Directory, DHCP, IIS, DNS
