Supported with training, you will become the subject matter expert in the implementation of the system.

About the Job Role

• Work with the Project Manager, Data Specialist and/or Development Specialists to obtain the customers implementation requirements.
• Understand customers’ business processes and operational challenges and translate this
• into a proposed solution.
• Document and agree requirements for system triggers, custom export/reports or
• development work.
• Plan the build and test strategy for the required implementation. Work with the Project
• Manager to detail the implementation project plan and expected delivery effort.
• The implementation could include: System configuration, Creation of templates including online forms, email, SMS and Word using HTML, CSS and AngularJS. Creation of workflows using JSON which guide the user through their business process. Importing of employee, organisation, or case related data into the system
• Deliver or oversee the delivery of the required implementation. Ensure the implementation is
• tested and meets the customers’ requirements.
• Acting as subject matter expert for implementation work. Answering questions both
• internally and externally as required.
• Deliver training to customers system users and offer knowledge transfer and guidance as
• needed.
• Hand over completed delivery to the Support team as appropriate.

Skills and Knowledge:

• You will be Analytical and logically minded, with good problem solving skills.
• Diligence and attention to detail to ensure work is delivered to a high standard.
• Good time management skills with the ability to deliver to a deadline.
• Able to communicate clearly, confident in asking questions and raising issues as they occur.
• Confident to challenge or put forward alternative solutions or approaches.
• Experience of using HTML and Visual Studio Code would be advantageous.
• An understanding of and/or experience of using JavaScript.
• Experience of using Word such as creating documents with tables, mail merge skills would be
• beneficial.
