Job Title:CQC Registered Care Home Manager
Location: IP29, Suffolk, UK
Salary: GBP45,000 depending upon experience
Type of role: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Permanent.

They are seeking a dedicated CQC Registered Care Home Manager for a remarkable 25-bed residential care home nestled in the picturesque Suffolk countryside. This serene and scenic environment has deep-rooted connections within the local community, offering a tranquil and peaceful setting for residents, including retired individuals, elderly care recipients, and those living with Dementia. You will be joining a very established strong and supportive team with Deputy and senior career in place for many years.
The role of Care Home Registered Manger : We present an outstanding opportunity for a committed CQC Registered Care Home Manager. In this pivotal role, you will shape residents' lives and contribute to the home's success by:
- Overseeing care home operations.
- Managing and motivating our dedicated staff team.
- Collaborating with external healthcare professionals to ensure residents' well-being.
- Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
- Managing budgets, occupancy levels, and overall home performance.
Skill and experience requirements: To be considered for this exceptional role, candidates should possess:
- Proven experience in the care sector, as a strong Deputy or Registered Manager.
- Previous management experience in a Care Home setting, fostering a compassionate environment for staff and residents.
- A Level 5 NVQ qualification or a willingness to work towards it.
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, Health and Social Care legislation, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of success in private care sector marketing.
- Enthusiasm, passion, and determination to achieve an 'Outstanding' rating and deliver the highest quality person-centred care.
- Confidence in building and maintaining relationships with colleagues, professionals, families, and visitors.
- The ability to establish strong links with the local community.
- Previous experience in staffing rota management.
Remuneration and package: In addition to a rewarding career opportunity, we provide:
- A highly competitive salary of GBP40,000 to GBP45,000
- Annual leave entitlement of 5 weeks plus bank holidays (33 in total, including bank holidays)
