Creative Director Assistant / Marketing Assistant

Main Duties

JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and passionate Marketing Assistant to join our luxury swimwear brand full-time or part-time. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of an entrepreneurial team in luxury men’s swimwear. The role will involve working closely with the Creative Director to build the brand from the print, and packaging to the website, social media and design development.

YOUR MARKETING TASKS • Working in the following areas: Email Marketing, SEO, Paid Search. Paid Social Ads, and social media • Support with performance analysis and optimization of digital marketing channels • Strategy support and content coordination of email campaigns, paid Facebook and paid Instagram campaigns • Monitoring and analysis of Google Ad Word campaigns • Support with social media postings and community management (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc) • Support with competitor research & industry trends

Skills and Experience Required

YOUR PROFILE

• Studies in Business, Marketing & Communications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Italian is a plus
• A digital native who is social media savvy and experienced with analytics tools (Google Analytics experience is an asset)
• Computer literate: proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Drive + Docs
• Positive, proactive, and resourceful
• Flexible and hands-on mentality with a strong desire to learn
• A creative mind who has a pulse on digital media
• Must be London-based
