Creative Strategist - Creative Marketing Agency, Central London (Hybrid) - £35-£50K dependent on experience.

We’re looking for a Strategist to join this ambitious agency. This is a great opportunity to develop and lead on strategy for some key accounts.
This Strategist’s main focus will be to support the strategy team, interrogate and challenge client briefs, placing the brief within a broader business and strategic context, to get to the bottom of what is being asked.
This will be a perfect opportunity if you are someone who loves the craft of planning - getting to grips with consumers, culture and contextual influences on business. You’ll have a working knowledge of human behaviour and a keen interest in culture and social trends, with an ability to turn information into simple insights that inform your recommendations for the strategic direction of client work.
We want a Strategist with knowledge and experience of the full marketing and comms mix, but you’ll probably have a specialism in an area of our business - CRM, digital, or brand and comms planning.
This Strategist will have:

+ Minimum 2 years’ experience in a strategy role with an agency background

+ Creative, strategic and curious thinker

+ Clear communicator and active listener

+ Ability to build compelling narrative for presentations

+ Effective presentation and facilitation skills

+ Passionate about the industry and effective creative work

+ Good creative judgement

+ Positivity and willingness to get involved

+ Proactive and a team player

You’ll be comfortable working collaboratively with clients, client services and other internal teams. You are a challenger, a collaborator, a learner, adaptable, resourceful, and with a get-it-done mentality.
This agency have a flexible working policy which means whilst you will work from their London office Tuesday - Thursday you can choose where you work on a Monday and Friday, whether it is one of our offices, from home or another location. Your working day can be flexible around your needs with core hours from 10am to 4pm.
