Overview:
Reporting to the Head of Growth and Head of Creative, we are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Creative Strategist with a focus on videography and video editing to elevate our brand's presence through compelling content creation. This is an exciting opportunity for a junior to mid-level professional who understands what resonates with our audience and can translate that into visually stunning videos that drive exceptional ROI for our paid social ads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and target audience.
- Conceptualise and pitch creative ideas for video content that align with brand messaging and marketing goals.
- Capture high-quality footage and execute video editing to produce engaging and effctive content for paid social ads.
- Work closely with the paid ads buying team to develop and understand of winning content and winning strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques to enhance video quality and storytelling.
- Manage the entire video production process, from pre-production planning to post- production editing and final delivery.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels.
- Analyse performance metrics and user engagement to continuously optimise and improve video content.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in videography and video editing (experience with beauty or lifestyle brands is a plus).
- Relevant education or training in videography, ?lm, media studies, or a related ?eld.
- Knowledge of current trends in videography and digital marketing.
- A portfolio showcasing previous work in videography and video editing.
- Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, paid ads and their respective video requirements.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and translate ideas into visually appealing content.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
Package:
- Salary: £25,000 - £40,000 (negotiable) per annum plus bonus.
- Location: Remote, UK (Can be based anywhere in the UK).
